Crew Leader

Description:

Our Crew Leaders are the hardest workers on the crew. You will be responsible for the timely completion of tree jobs by leading and encouraging the crew, hauling away debris, assisting the crew, guiding and leading from the front by taking action and ensuring the crew is working to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

•Drive pick up truck with 16′ trailer, including backing up
•MUST have excellent communication skills – will talk to Manager at least 2x/day
•Ensure that the tree jobs are completed on time and to company standards
•Work alongside, and set the pace, with ground crew to clear debris, load the trailer, dump runs, collect payments from customers when needed, etc.
•Must be reliable and dependable

Requirements:

•Supervisor or Manager skills ARE required
•Must know how to drive a truck with a trailer behind it (including back up)
•Must have reliable transportation
•MUST have valid driver’s license
•Know how to use a chainsaw
•Be a team player

Job Type: Full-time
•Full Time, W2, Year Round Work. IMMEDIATE HIRE!!

Starting Pay: $45,500 – $65,000 / year depending on experience/location (based on a 5-day work week)
